We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in a cool area called Kasbah. The location, nestled in a quiet area of the Medina, provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's unique layout, with an aesthetically pleasing internal open-air yard filled with plants, added charm and tranquility to our experience. The room we stayed in was very spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the variety in room sizes available, catering to different preferences.

The Hamman and massage were excellent, the owner spent a good amount of time on arrival telling us local interests and good eating areas. They also did meals which were very tasty. and arranged Morrocan cookery lessons in the Riad

The Riad is in a good location close to the Medina, (although up a few small back alleys). The room was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, very relaxing and quiet. The Riad is absolutely stunning and the staff were also very helpful. Overall a lovely Riad & great staff so close to the city centre.
The Spa Facilities were not great, it was dissappointing the Jacquzzi was not working. The breakfast was a very basic continental but there is no set time which is good and I'm sure if you had requested the staff would have made something a bit better. Overall this Riad is a bit overpriced but a lovely experience.

We loved the interesting layout of the hotel with a beautiful open-air courtyard in the center. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast. We were pleased to be met as promised at the airport and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy transportation to certain places and in such a maze of streets, we never got lost!
Nothing all good.

Great location of the Riad, just inside the labyrinth of the old medina. Once you enter all the rush from the street disappears. The Riad manager Claudio is very friendly, he helped as with everything we needed. Peaceful & friendly place for anyone who want visit the medina or the Marrakech surroundings incl. Atlas mountains. We were not here during the hot season but the big terrace and pool are available for relaxing ;-)

Quite, clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to most sites and very close to the markets.
The street location, as you have to go through very crowded, often smokey lanes, which could be decieving.

Liked the spacious rooms and good breakfast with fresh juice. Great location close to the city center and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked the lack of entertainment in the hotel, especially the absence of TVs in the rooms and common areas. the swimming pool was disappointing and not clean enough for swimming.

The Riad Mandalay was like stepping into a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the streets and alley ways outside. The atmosphere of the Riad was lovely, very tranquil and relaxing. The courtyard was shady and quiet and the plunge pool was great for a quick dip to cool off. The roof terrace was great, particularly in the evening when the sun went down on the hot August days. Our room, which opened onto the courtyard, was spacious enough for the three of us, with a good big bathroom. The staff at the Mandalay were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us with information about the city, a day trip to the Atlas Mountains and transport to Essaouira. All in all we had a great stay and can't recommend Riad Mandalay and it's staff highly enough.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many tourist spots and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and offered useful information about the city. The pool was a nice bonus for hot days.
The hotel was a little hard to find as it is nestled in a narrow alley. The rooms were a bit small, and some may find them cramped.

staff very friendly and helpful
although close to centre, having to go through the kasbah and in particular the meat market was on occasions a challenge. This was mainly at night when there were very few tourists around.
